Navy Maintenance Isolation Dataset Project

• Role: Technical Lead

• Achievements: Developed a custom Audit application (FEAT), a secure photo app in Power Apps, and a ship status report using PowerBi.

Before starting shipboard maintenance, engineers need to make sure the unit they were working on were isolated correctly before the work begins, and to make sure this work was performed safely and securely, we needed to create a though detailed model of all the isolation points and their interconnections.

• Create a custom Audit application FEAT (front-end audit tool), which could list all the isolation points for a given ship and notify which ones had been completed.

• Created a secure photo application in Power Apps to document the inspection points.

• Built a ship status report using PowerBi showing completed areas in Electrical and Mechanical, plus alerted for issues found during the Audit.
